After years of working in corporate America and several more years running a successful communications business, I woke up one day and decided it was time for a major life change. It wasn’t that I was miserable, I just wasn’t stimulated anymore. I thought, there has to be something more fulfilling that I could be doing with my time.

I sold my business, my home, and most of my belongings to set out with my husband and two dogs, in search of a different lifestyle. After some soul-searching and hopping around, we landed on a 40-acre farm in Lake Helen, Florida where we are building an animal sanctuary and living a more sustainable, more mindful life.

This shift has allowed me room to transform into someone who is much more aware of the impact we have on our surroundings, and in turn, how our surroundings impact us. I realized that I needed to be the change I want to see. I started to purge myself of everything negative, chemically processed, and unnatural which left me searching for healthier alternatives for products I use daily. As a long-time candle user, I began to take more of an interest in the process. What I found is that many of the candles I had used for years were made with unnatural ingredients that are hazardous when burned. After trying several natural clean burning candles I decided to create my own line of candles that burnt clean but still smelled amazing, utilizing plant-based ingredients with eco-friendly packaging. I wanted to put out a product that people can burn safely at home with their family and pets, without worrying about what it’s doing to their indoor air quality.

Clean Pure Life was founded so that I could share a philosophy centered around honest wellness and consciously crafted lifestyle products that promote sustainable living. Clean Pure Life creates 100% clean burning soy candles that are highly scented and hand-poured in the USA, shipped with eco-friendly packaging. Our luxury soy candles are products with a purpose, 50% of all profits will be donated to charitable animal welfare organizations including our Clean Pure Life Animal Sancturary.
